Before you request a quote
- The airport, terminal and flight number for each leg
- Scheduled arrival or departure times
- The number of passengers, including children
- Every suitcase, cabin bag and oversized item
- The full pickup or drop-off address
On the day of travel
Agree a clear meeting point with your group in advance, and keep the booking confirmation and contact number handy. If your flight is delayed, let the booking team know as soon as you can.
Keep one person responsible for communicating with the driver. It avoids crossed messages when plans change.
Returning home
