“Overall a great experience with TravelsRoute. The price was competitive, and the communication with Shawn was excellent. Our driver, Gary, was very responsive and professional, and we really appreciated his flexibility in accommodating an extra stop at The Kelpies. The only downside was the vehicle provided; the Ford felt a bit dated and had poor insulation, making wind noise loud enough to hinder conversation between passengers. Despite that, we had a positive day thanks to the great service and would recommend them.”
